Administrative script execution via unescaped complaint text

Stored XSS in phpgurukul Hostel Management System 2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in an administrator's browser. The Explain the Complaint field submitted through /register-complaint.php is stored and rendered without output encoding by /admin/complaint-details.php. Student-level access is required to submit the payload, and an administrator must open the stored complaint before script execution occurs.
