Unauthenticated database access via unescaped email parameter
Published Jun 20, 2025 · Updated Jun 23, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Online Shoe Store 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its database through the sign-up form. The /function/customer_signup.php handler inserts the POST email parameter directly into a MySQL query without cleaning or validation, enabling boolean-, error-, and time-based injection. No login is required; the published proof of concept demonstrates query manipulation and database enumeration, while further effects depend on the database account's privileges.
