Privilege escalation via missing role authorization
Published Dec 1, 2025 · Updated Jan 6, 2026
Access-control failure in Blood Bank Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to delete blood samples via crafted requests. The deletion endpoint processes a hospital-only request under a normal user session without enforcing the hospital role. A valid user account and the target deletion request are required, and successful exploitation removes a blood-sample record.
