IDOR in kishan0725 Hospital Management System v4 allows remote authenticated users to cancel other users' appointments. admin-panel.php inserts the request's ID parameter into an appointment update without verifying that the record belongs to the active account. Any authenticated account can set another appointment's userStatus to 0, canceling it without reported access to other records.
