Unauthenticated router crash via oversized decoded password

Stack-based buffer overflow in TOTOLINK LR350 9.3.5u.6369_B20220309 allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted request. In sub_426EF8, urldecode writes the password byte by byte into a fixed 64-byte stack buffer without checking input length. No authentication or user interaction is required; a password longer than 63 bytes overwrites adjacent stack data and leaves routing services persistently unavailable.
