Router crash via unbounded SSID decoding

Stack-based buffer overflow in TOTOLINK A7000R firmware 9.1.0u.6115_B20201022 allows remote attackers to crash the router. In sub_421A04, wifiOff set to 0 sends an overlong ssid value to urldecode, which writes decoded bytes into a fixed 128-byte stack buffer without a length bound. A crafted network request requires no authentication and leaves the router persistently unable to provide services.
