Unauthenticated router crash via unbounded timezone parsing

Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AX-1803 firmware 1.0.0.1 allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted request. The form_fast_setting_wifi_set function passes the unbounded timeZone value to _isoc99_sscanf with %[^:]:%s and no field width before writing into limited stack buffers. No authentication or user interaction is required, and an overlong colon-containing value causes persistent loss of router service.
