Browser script execution via unescaped edit parameter
Published Nov 3, 2025 · Updated Nov 3, 2025
Reflected XSS in Car-Booking-System-PHP 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through the booking page's edit parameter. The /carlux/booking.php endpoint returns the edit query value in its response without neutralizing injected script markup. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted response in a browser; the script runs in that user's application origin and can read or alter browser-accessible data.
