CVE-2025-63421Public exploit

Local privilege escalation via unchecked installer replacement

Published Feb 12, 2026 · Updated Feb 12, 2026

Code injection in Filosoft Comerc.32 Commercial Invoicing 16.0.0.3 allows local users to execute arbitrary code via comeinst.exe. The installer extracts setup.exe into a user-writable temporary directory, accepts a low-integrity replacement without validation, and copies it into the InstallShield uninstall location. Exploitation requires a local user to win the installation race and a later uninstall to approve UAC elevation, causing the replacement to run with the uninstalling user's privileges.
