Unauthenticated SQL injection via searchdata parameter
Published Jun 20, 2025 · Updated Jun 20, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Directory Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter queries through /searchdata.php. The endpoint's search handler incorporates the searchdata parameter into an SQL statement without neutralizing SQL metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful injection permits limited reading or modification of application data and can interrupt database-backed service.
