AMF crash via unchecked NGAP choice

Improper input validation in Open5GS AMF 2.7.6 allows remote attackers to crash the service with a malformed NGSetupRequest message. The NGSetupRequest handler accepts an altered GlobalRANNodeID choice byte, obtains an invalid pLMNIdentity buffer pointer, and passes it to memcpy. Access to the AMF N2 interface is sufficient, and the resulting invalid memory access terminates the AMF process.
