Unauthenticated device compromise via exposed administrative endpoints
Published Nov 18, 2025 · Updated Nov 19, 2025
Broken access control in Eurolab ELTS100_UBX firmware ELTS100v1.UBX allows remote attackers to alter device settings over HTTP. The handlers for /system_setup.htm, /protect/config.htm, and firmware-upload paths accept unauthenticated requests that expose keys, rewrite configuration, or install supplied firmware. Network access to the HTTP service is sufficient for configuration takeover, persistent firmware compromise, and operational disruption.
