Broken access control in Axel Technology StreamerMAX MK II 0.8.5 through 1.0.3 allows remote attackers to gain administrative control via HTTP. The /cgi-bin/gstFcgi.fcgi handler accepts JSON user-management actions without checking authentication or authorization. No credentials or user interaction are required; exposed devices allow account enumeration, administrative-user creation, user deletion, and system-setting changes.
