Broken access control in Axel Technology puma firmware 0.8.5 through 1.0.3 allows remote attackers to gain device administration. The /cgi-bin/gstFcgi.fcgi handler accepts unauthenticated JSON POST operations for user listing, administrator creation, user deletion, and settings changes. No credentials or user interaction are required; network access to the HTTP endpoint exposes account data and permits full administrative control.
