CVE-2025-63205Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrator-password disclosure via unauthenticated setup endpoint

Published Nov 19, 2025 · Updated Feb 3, 2026

Information disclosure in Bridge Technologies VB120, VB220, VB330, VB440, and NOMAD probes allows remote attackers to read administrator passwords. The unauthenticated /probe/core/setup/passwd handler returns the stored administrator password when it receives a crafted GET request. Network access to the appliance web interface is sufficient, and the reported direct impact is disclosure only; the supplier identifies 5.6.0-3 and earlier as affected and disputes 6.5.0-9.
