Persistent router crash via unchecked URL copy

Stack overflow in Tenda AX3 16.03.12.10_CN allows remote attackers to crash the router persistently via a crafted parent-control request. The get_parentControl_list_Info function copies the urls parameter with strcpy into the 0x254-byte new_pc_info stack buffer without checking its length. The request must pass compare_parentcontrol_time; a successful overflow leaves the router persistently unable to provide services.
