Information disclosure in XiangShan Nanhu V2 and Kunminghu V3 allows attackers to read sensitive data through a cache side channel. Branch-predictor training causes speculative execution to access data outside the intended bounds and leave value-dependent cache state that Flush+Reload distinguishes. The demonstrated attack requires executing a crafted RISC-V workload on the affected core; it discloses data without altering it or interrupting execution.
