Contributor-level stored cross-site scripting
Published Dec 9, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in AshanJay Designs LLC EventON 4.9.12 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject web scripts. Published sources attribute the flaw to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping but do not identify the affected field, request parameter, function, or template. Contributor-level access is required, and the stored script executes when another user opens an injected page, exposing that browser session to attacker-controlled code.
