Stored XSS via missing nonce validation
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Awesome Testimonials 2.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause stored script injection. An undisclosed state-changing handler accepts a forged request without valid nonce verification and persists attacker-controlled script content. Exploitation requires a logged-in site administrator to open a malicious link; later page views execute the stored script in visitor browsers.
