Host filesystem access via unvalidated pathPattern

Path traversal in SUSE Rancher Local Path Provisioner before 0.0.34 allows remote authenticated users to create host-path volumes. The provisioner renders a user-controlled StorageClass parameters.pathPattern without rejecting or normalizing relative path elements, so dot-dot segments escape the configured base directory. Kubernetes permission to supply that parameter is required; a resulting PersistentVolume can expose unintended host directories or overwrite sensitive host files.
