Phishing redirects via unrestricted q destination

Open redirect in PHPGurukul COVID19 Testing Management System 2021 allows remote authenticated users to redirect victims via a crafted q value. The undisclosed function in /search-report-result.php accepts the q parameter as an external destination without restricting it to a trusted location. An authenticated attacker must persuade a victim to follow the crafted request, which can send the victim to an attacker-controlled phishing site.
