Service interruption via NPU session buffer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the NPU of Samsung Exynos 1280, 1380, 1480, 1580, 2200, 2400, and 2500 allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The __pilot_parsing_ncp() function dereferences session->ncp_hdr_buf without ensuring that the session buffer pointer is non-NULL, terminating NPU processing when that state is reached. No privileges or user interaction are required over the network; the documented consequence is availability loss only, with no reported data exposure or modification.
