Subscriber crash via aligned fragment metadata overwrite

Heap buffer overflow in eProsima Fast DDS before 2.6.11, 3.0.0 through 3.3.0, and 3.4.0 allows remote attackers to crash subscribers. CacheChange_t aligns each fragment offset to four bytes and writes fragment metadata beyond a sampleSize-based payload allocation. Exploitation requires a reachable RELIABLE subscriber using unsecured RTPS over UDP and a crafted DATA_FRAG packet with inconsistent fragmentSize and sampleSize values.
