Stored XSS via Vue template evaluation
Published Oct 28, 2025 · Updated Oct 28, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Code16 Sharp before 9.11.1 allows attackers to execute JavaScript in authenticated users' browsers. SharpShowTextField passes brace-delimited user content to Vue for expression evaluation instead of rendering the value strictly as text. Exploitation requires control of displayed field content and an authenticated user to view it, enabling session-token theft or actions in that user's context.
