CVE-2025-62776

Code execution via insecure installer DLL search

Published Oct 29, 2025 · Updated Oct 29, 2025

Uncontrolled DLL search path in the WTW EAGLE (for Windows) 3.0.8.0 installer allows local users to execute arbitrary code. JVN identifies the installer and its DLL search path but does not disclose the affected executable, DLL name, or writable search location. Execution requires a user to launch the installer after a library is planted, and the code runs with that user's privileges.
