Cleartext transmission in General Industrial Controls LYNX+ Gateway R08, V03, V05, and V18 allows remote attackers to read credentials. Sensitive data, including credentials, crosses the gateway's network interface without transport encryption; CISA does not identify the protocol or code locus. A traffic-observation position is required, and the reported consequence is limited to confidentiality.
