CVE-2025-62763Network attack vector

Authenticated SSRF via unchecked chat proxy host

Published Oct 21, 2025 · Updated Oct 21, 2025

SSRF in the Zimbra Collaboration chat proxy before 10.1.12 allows remote authenticated users to send requests to unintended hosts. The NGINX chat template derives an HTTPS proxy destination from path segments or chat cookies and previously forwarded it without confirming a configured chat host. A valid low-privilege account is required, and the published impact is limited to low-integrity effects on resources beyond the proxy's scope.
