Host crash via missing trampoline trap-handler state

Denial of service in Bytecode Alliance Wasmtime 38.0.0 through 38.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to crash the host process. Component-model intrinsic host-to-Wasm trampolines fail to record the VMStoreContext trap-handler address after the exception-unwinding refactor, so a Wasm trap reads a zero address and causes a segfault or assertion failure. Exploitation requires a specially crafted component plus an embedding that invokes affected intrinsics through specific host-call type signatures; core-Wasm-only embeddings are unaffected.
