Stored XSS in Wikimedia Foundation MediaWiki GlobalBlocking 1.43 and 1.44 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in viewers' browsers. Special:GlobalBlockList renders an editable interface message without neutralizing script-capable content before inserting it into the page. Interface-message editing rights are required to store the payload, and execution occurs when another user views the block list.
