Remote process termination via oversized vector allocation

Out-of-memory denial of service in eProsima Fast DDS before 2.6.11, 3.0.0 through 3.3.0, and 3.4.0 allows remote attackers to terminate processes. The readDataHolderSeq routine reads an attacker-controlled sequence count and resizes the DataHolderSeq vector to that count after an inadequate minimum-size bounds check. DDS Security must be enabled and the receiver must accept a crafted ParticipantGenericMessage over RTPS; the resulting allocation exhausts memory and terminates the hosting process.
