Remote process crash via overflowing string length

Heap-based buffer overflow in eProsima Fast DDS before 2.6.11, 3.3.1, or 3.4.1 allows remote attackers to crash processes. CDRMessage::readString adds an attacker-controlled str_size to the 32-bit message position without overflow-safe bounds checking, then resizes a string from that value. When DDS Security is enabled, forged SPDP discovery tokens are parsed before trust is established, so an on-network packet can terminate the receiving process.
