Unauthenticated database access via unverified messages
Published Jan 16, 2026 · Updated Jan 16, 2026
Authentication bypass in Delta Electronics DIAView allows remote attackers to access configured project databases without credentials. The WebHMI accepts specially crafted database-access messages without enforcing authentication, exposing configured database contents and operations. Network reachability to the WebHMI or its database ports is sufficient; even 4.4.0 and later remain susceptible to a higher-complexity verification bypass.
