CVE-2025-62578

Sensitive data disclosure via cleartext Modbus/TCP

Published Dec 26, 2025 · Updated Dec 26, 2025

Cleartext transmission in Delta Electronics DVP-12SE all versions allows adjacent attackers to read sensitive Modbus/TCP data. The controller sends sensitive Modbus/TCP content without transport encryption, exposing it to passive capture on a reachable network segment. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the attacker must have adjacent-network visibility; Delta has not disclosed the specific data fields exposed.
