CVE-2025-62567Network attack vector

Authenticated service interruption via integer underflow

Published Dec 9, 2025 · Updated Apr 16, 2026

Integer underflow in Microsoft Windows Hyper-V allows remote authenticated users to interrupt the host service over a network. Microsoft has disclosed neither the affected Hyper-V component nor the untrusted value whose arithmetic wraps below zero. The attacker needs low privileges and a network path to Hyper-V; exploitation affects availability only and grants neither data access nor code execution.
