PHP version disclosure via default response header
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
Information disclosure in THM-Health PILOS before 4.8.0 allows remote attackers to obtain the PHP version through HTTP responses. The bundled PHP configuration retains the base image's default expose_php setting, causing PHP to add an X-Powered-By header containing its version. No authentication or user interaction is required; disclosure is limited to server fingerprinting that helps identify version-specific follow-on targets.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
