CVE-2025-62497Network attack vector

Unintended operations via cross-site request forgery

Published Nov 25, 2025 · Updated Nov 25, 2025

Cross-site request forgery in Sony SNC-CX600W before 2.8.0 allows remote attackers to perform unintended operations through a crafted webpage. Sony and JPCERT/CC have not published the affected request handler or the missing anti-CSRF validation that accepts the forged request. Exploitation requires a logged-in user to visit the attacker-controlled page, and the documented consequence is limited to unspecified unintended operations.
