Denial of service in Remote Replication in Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Kit 8.8 allows remote authenticated users to crash the appliance via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the request, endpoint, or resource-handling operation that triggers the failure. High privileges on the HTTP management surface are required, and exploitation causes a hang or repeatable crash without reported data exposure or modification.
