Unauthenticated SSRF via scheme-relative request path resolution

SSRF in Angular CLI's SSR package before 19.2.18, 20.3.6, and 21.0.0-next.8 allows remote attackers to make requests to arbitrary hosts. createRequestUrl passes a path beginning with // or a backslash to the URL constructor in a form that replaces the intended base host. Exposure requires SSR code that makes relative HTTP requests during rendering; exploitation redirects those requests and discloses their paths and transmitted data.
