Open redirect via unvalidated login destination

Open redirect in Frappe Framework allows remote attackers to send users to an external site through a crafted login redirect argument. The login page accepted the redirect-to value without consistently forcing the current site's hostname, leaving an attacker-chosen destination that the browser followed after login. No account is needed to prepare the URL, but a targeted user must open it and complete login; the bounded result is navigation to an attacker-controlled site.
