Course ID disclosure via inconsistent router responses

Observable response discrepancy in Moodle LMS 5.0.0 through 5.0.2 allows remote attackers to identify valid course IDs through router requests. The router returns JSON for a nonexistent course ID rather than a 404 error, allowing response differences across chosen identifiers to act as an existence oracle. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosed identifiers provide reconnaissance value without exposing course content.
