Unauthenticated directory disclosure via detailed router errors

Directory-listing exposure in Moodle LMS 4.5.0 through 4.5.6 and 5.0.0 through 5.0.2 allows remote attackers to read internal paths. The r.php router configures its error middleware to display details unconditionally and returns validation failures as detailed payloads instead of generic errors. Requests lacking the Accept: text/html header reach the response without authentication or user interaction; disclosure is limited to directory structure and related error details.
