Credential disclosure via monitor debug files

Information disclosure in ManageEngine Applications Manager 176800 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database credentials. When content check targets a sensitive file in the application directory, the File/Directory monitor writes encrypted database credentials into Debug-Info HTML files. Access requires authentication and an Administrator or Delegated Administrator to have configured the affected monitor.
