Arbitrary SQL execution via unbound dependent identifier

SQL injection in WeGIA before 3.5.1 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter database data through a crafted id_dependente value. In dependente_documento.php, the id_dependente POST value is interpolated into a WHERE clause and executed with PDO::query instead of a bound parameter. A high-privileged session and no user interaction are required; exploitation exposes or alters database data and can interrupt database-backed operations.
