Stored XSS in Liferay Portal and DXP allows remote authenticated users to execute web script through account-role titles or organization names. Account administration JSPs render stored role display names, descriptions, and organization names into search-container columns without HTML escaping. Execution occurs when another user views or selects the affected role or organization, allowing browser-context data access and page modification without service interruption.
