Comment modification via unchecked cross-site requests

Cross-site request forgery in Liferay Portal and DXP allows remote attackers to add or edit publication comments through crafted requests. UpdateCTCommentMVCResourceCommand accepted state-changing resource requests without requiring POST or checking a CSRF token before processing comment actions. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to interact with attacker-controlled content; affected releases are Portal 7.4.1 through 7.4.3.112 and DXP 2023.Q3.1 through 2023.Q3.10, 2023.Q4.0 through 2023.Q4.5, and 7.4 GA through update 92.
