Authenticated publication edit-page disclosure via unchecked collection ID

IDOR in Publications in affected Liferay Portal and DXP releases allows remote authenticated users to view another publication's edit page. The Publications portlet trusts a user-controlled ctCollectionId parameter when selecting the publication edit view without enforcing object-level authorization for that collection. A signed-in account is required, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized viewing of the edit page rather than modification or service interruption.
