Race condition in Microsoft Wireless Provisioning System on affected Windows 10 and 11 builds allows local users to elevate privileges. Microsoft identifies improper synchronization during concurrent access to a shared resource but has not disclosed the resource, code locus, or racing operations. A low-privileged local user must win a high-complexity race; successful exploitation grants elevated privileges and compromises the host.
