Race condition in the Windows Kernel allows local users on affected Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server builds to elevate privileges. Improper synchronization permits concurrent operations on a shared kernel resource to free the same memory twice; Microsoft has not identified the resource or code path. Exploitation requires existing low-privileged local access, and successful use raises the attacker's privileges on the same host.
