Authenticated stored XSS
Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Jun 22, 2026
Stored XSS in Apache Atlas 2.4.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. Apache identifies the Create Entity page as the affected locus but has not published the input field, storage path, or missing output neutralization. Exploitation requires submitted content and another user's interaction, enabling limited reading or modification of data available to that user's Atlas session.
