Continued account access via incomplete CLI reset

Insufficient session expiration in Mastodon before 4.2.27, 4.3.14, and 4.4.6 allows remote authenticated users to retain account access. The tootctl accounts modify --reset-password path assigns a new password directly instead of invoking change_password!, so it does not delete session activations or revoke access tokens. Exploitation requires a previously compromised session or token and an administrator-triggered CLI reset, preserving only the access already granted to that credential.
